To view your settings options click user picture at top right of the Facebook screen. It is circled in red in the illustration below. The menu shown below appears.
Click the Settings & privacy option shown above. Your General Account Settings appear. Choose Privacy, circled in red in the margin below.
Your Privacy settings appear. Choose the Edit option for the aspect of Facebook that you would like to check up on. The one for future posts is circled, in red again, below.
You get the options for your future posts in a popup menu, as shown below:
- You can click the option that seems best.
- If you want another Facebook user to see your posts then the Friends option shown above should make that possible once you have made a friend request to that user and it has been accepted.
- It may take a day or two for the request to be accepted.
