Therapeutic activity
Hill Holt Health is a woodland-based project helping people with experience of mental and physical health problems to get involved in local environmental projects that improve their health and wellbeing. They can be found between Newark and Lincoln. See map for a rough idea but follow specific directions to the project. You might need to contact your GP to access the service.
