Into the fire

Into the fire was the fifth studio album by Bryan Adams.    Released in 1987 it sold over 2 million units worldwide, but was something of a disappointment following the huge success of 1984’s Reckless.

It was recorded in a studio set up at Adams’ home in Vancouver, Canada.    A significant influence to the album was Adams’ involvement with The Police, Peter Gabriel and U2.
